REIKI 1/11 Attunements
REIKI is a simple method of hands-on-healing that encourages the body's natural ability to heal itself to work more efficiently. The receiver has a wonderful sense of relaxation, peace and wellbeing. It works beautifully with traditional medicine often promoting a speedier more comfortable recovery. REIKI used daily on yourself brings positive changes in your life and outlook.
REIKI I is the foundation of Reiki. You will learn what Reiki is, and how it came to us today. We cover the history and philosophy of Reiki, the principles of Reiki, how to prepare for and to give a Reiki treatment to yourself, family and friends, energy work to see Reiki's effect for yourself and how to use it in every day life. Four attunements in Reiki 1 gives you lifelong access to the beneficial energy we now call Reiki. By the end of a wonderful day you will experience this remarkable effect for yourself, in giving and receiving a treatment.
REIKI 11 introduces three symbols which empower and focus Reiki energy, bringing greater versatility and focus to your Reiki experience. One further attunement activates these symbols. And with practise you can work as a Reiki Practitioner if you choose.
Reiki 1 is a one day Saturday intensive, with Reiki 11 on the Sunday. They may be taken together or separately. Reiki courses can also be booked midweek.

Croydon Reiki Centre Initiates receive a comprehensive Reiki Manual and the Reiki Certificate. You have support in your Reiki practise and are invited to the monthly Reiki Group.
